Steve has been receiving a lot of requests lately to perform at benefit shows and private parties "as a guest" (in other words, for free). While we do appreciate your hospitality, performing is Steve's full-time job. We understand that everyone is feeling the economic pains right now, but so are we. Steve has not raised his rates in over six years, which means even at full price his shows are a good deal! If you would like to have music at your event, please remember to budget appropriately, whether you choose Steve or another local artist. You don't do your job for free, and neither should they!
